Indulge yourself after a hard day of fun in the Caribbean sun by slipping in to the Jacuzzi hidden in our tropical garden and illuminated by the moon and stars.

Keep in shape with our little gym which is open 11 hours every day with the following equipment: 2 barbells, adjustable from 20 lb to 250 lb. 6 light barbells, non-adjustable. 17 dumbbells from 3 lb to 65 lb. 2 machines for presses, squats, pull-ups, rows,. Benches and abs board.

If Yoga is more to your liking, then you can walk to the Negril Yoga Centre which offers group and private classes.

Reggae Marathon & Half Marathon

For those who enjoy running, the Negril Reggae Marathon & Half Marathon take place in early December. You can participate in any way you choose - by running the race or by cheering the runners on as they pass by our gate on the way to a happy finish.

During the rest of the year, take a run on the 7 mile beach and finish with a rejuvenating swim in the sea.
